By accessing and using SushiShots (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Dollar Base LLC.

2. Description of Service

SushiShots is a SaaS platform that allows users to create professional App Store screenshots and device mockups. We provide image editing tools, cloud storage for projects, and export capabilities.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in illegal activities.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Pricing: We offer monthly and yearly subscription plans (including the "Founder" tier). Prices are displayed on our pricing page and are subject to change.
• Billing: Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) until you cancel.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing Portal. Your access to Pro features will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
• Refund Policy: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for the Yearly Plan. For Monthly plans, refunds are granted at our sole discretion depending on usage. To request a refund, contact support.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

• Your Content: You retain full ownership of all screenshots and images you upload to SushiShots. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Service.
• Our Content: The SushiShots interface, code, device frames, templates, and "Sushi" branding are owned by us and protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or reuse our code without permission.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload any content that is illegal, offensive, or violates the rights of others.
• Attempt to disrupt our servers or infrastructure.
• Resell or redistribute our premium assets (e.g., device frames) as standalone files.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SushiShots shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a notice on our dashboard.
